For the Americal Treatment Plant Project, we partnered with a nylon garments production facility in the textile industry to design and build a specialized wastewater treatment plant tailored to their manufacturing needs. This industrial-scale project addressed the unique challenges posed by acid-reactive textile dyes by incorporating a custom treatment process. As part of our commitment to innovation, we developed and patented a proprietary method for removing both color and aquatic toxicity from the plant’s effluent. The result was a highly effective and environmentally responsible solution that ensured regulatory compliance and supported sustainable production practices.
